Unusual and dramatic lime green flowers. These Zinnias have large blooms and strong stems making them perfect for the cutting patch.
The bright and zingy lime colour brings out the best in other shades when it's included in an arrangement. Making some colours (red, orange and blue) appear more intense and others (such as yellow or white) appear softer.
They can grow up to 1m tall so will benefit from netting to grow through for support.
Seed Quantity 50 Seeds
Type Half Hardy Annual
Genus Zinnia elegans
Sow Seeds Sow from late April under cover and keep at about 20 degrees until germinated or sow directly in June. Zinnias hate root disturbance so don’t let them get too big before you transplant them. Transplant into pots and grow on in cooler conditions.
Plant Out Acclimatise before planting out when all risk of frost has passed. They are sun worshippers….they absolutely have to have full sun, don’t even think of planting them in the shade! Water regularly but do not overwater. Keep deadheading/cutting to encourage more flowers.
Flowers July-September
Height & Spread 60cm high x 30cm spread

I have ordered many seeds from this website, the delivery is reasonable and so are the seeds. I get fantastic germination and am no expert. I have tried other seed companies and nothing compares. This is a very safe bet and one that you won’t regret.
Completely a beginner but they have germinated after a couple of days and seedlings seem to be coming along nicely, very healthy and happy little plants … seeds came in addition to sow a long package and all beautifully presented … will be a repeat customer
