Verbena Bampton

This is a fabulous flower. A beautiful, bushy perennial with clouds of lavender-pink flowers on long, wiry stems and small serrated, purply-green leaves. 

It flowers over a long period and the bees go crazy for it.

Drought tolerant, good for cutting and will freely self-seed if left after flowering......this is a gorgeous one to include in your garden.

Type Perennial

Genus Verbena officinalis var. grandiflora vervain Bampton 

Sow Seeds February–April onto damp seed compost and cover lightly with compost.  Keep warm (24–27 °C) until after germination.  Do not exclude light.  Water sparingly

Plant Out Transplant into larger pots when they are large enough to handle; acclimatise before planting out after the last frosts
